Guangxi Scientific & Technical Exchange Center with Foreign Countries
(GXSTEC) was founded in 1984. It is affiliated to Science and Technology Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,which is a section responsible for scientific and technical affairs in Guangxi local government,and it is a main non-government organization for international science & technology co-operation and exchange between Guangxi and foreign countries in the world.

Services being operated for written translation and oral interpretation due
to the establishment of a computer library of foreign language talents from
Guangxi in GXSTEC, which have covered more than 500 scientists and technicians with such more than ten kinds of foreign languages as English、Japanese、German、French、Italian、Spanish、Russian、Vietnamese、Thai、Korean and so on .
